2. Requests and quotes

Information submitted through our website is a request for contact and review, not a purchase or guarantee of service. We will review the requested services and explain applicable service charges and known government or third-party fees before proceeding. No prices are published on this site.

3. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information, reviewing the documents we prepare, and meeting operational, insurance, safety, tax, and regulatory obligations that apply to your business. We may request supporting information before assisting with a filing.

4. Government decisions and processing

Government agencies and other third parties control acceptance, review, processing times, filings, approvals, and any issuance or activation. We cannot guarantee an approval, specific processing time, or eligibility.

5. Independent service

Start My Authority is not affiliated with or endorsed by FMCSA, USDOT, or any federal or state agency. Government forms and certain filings may be available directly from government agencies. Our fees, when quoted, compensate us for filing assistance and related services, and may be separate from agency fees.
